Welcome to iSudoku. By downloading and using our app, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using iSudoku, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this app.

2. Apple End User License Agreement

Your use of iSudoku is also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for the App Store. You can review Apple's EULA at: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

3. License Grant

iSudoku grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

4. Subscription & Purchase Terms

iSudoku offers optional premium subscription and one-time purchase plans:

  • Weekly Pro: $1.99/week
  • Yearly Pro: $9.99/year (includes a 3-day free trial)
  • Lifetime Pro: One-time payment of $19.99 (permanent premium access)

Prices may vary by region based on App Store localization. Purchases are managed exclusively through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's standard App Store commerce terms. You can cancel active subscriptions at any time through your iOS device App Store account settings.

5. Free Trial

The Yearly subscription plan includes a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and auto-renew at the end of the trial unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the 3-day trial expires.

6. Auto-Renewal

Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly through your purchase history.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to circumvent or bypass any security measures
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute any part of the app
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality

9. Intellectual Property

iSudoku and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall iSudoku be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
